You can’t see the smile under their masks but this patient was relieved that our doors remain open *with special safety measures in place.
Those special measures may have you wondering why our magazine rack is empty… it is the little things that make big differences. For that reason, we have eliminated the shared contact items.
We have added Curb Side Services so that patients can call us from our parking lot for hearing aid cleaning and repair drop offs.
Additionally, we are taking temperatures upon entrance of employees and patients alike. We ask that in compliance with Illinois Mask Requirement that all patients wear a mask for scheduled appointments, as the providers and staff will be as well.
And as always, we are wiping down offices and equipment after every patient.

Both avid musicians, Joe represents himself as an “Aging Rockstar” and bonded with his provider over their mutual love for music. He left being able to hear his favorite songs again.
Due to COVID-19 many businesses and offices have temporarily closed. We know that now more than ever, remaining connected is essential!
